When preparing your artwork for printing banners, it's crucial to follow specific guidelines and thoroughly review your files before submission. Here are some important points to consider:

1. Design specifications: Ensure that your files are created to the exact size and specifications you desire for your banner. This includes dimensions and orientation (portrait or landscape). Following these specifications will help ensure that your banner is produced accurately.

2. Resolution: Save your files at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi (dots per inch). Higher resolution images can provide better print quality, so it's advisable to use images with a higher dpi whenever possible. This helps avoid pixelation and ensures sharp, clear graphics and text in your printed banner.

3. File formats: Our preferred file formats for print-ready artwork are typically .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .eps (Encapsulated PostScript). If you're submitting files in these formats, remember to convert all fonts to outlines or paths. This step prevents any font-related issues from occurring during the printing process.

4. Proofreading: Thoroughly review your artwork for any errors, including spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, color discrepancies, font issues, and graphic inconsistencies. Once your file is submitted, we will not be responsible for editing or proofreading your artwork. Take the time to double-check every aspect of your design to ensure it matches your desired outcome.

5. Variations in size: Keep in mind that banners may vary slightly in size due to trimming and hemming processes. While we aim to produce banners as close as possible to the advertised size, a variation of about an inch is common, so be prepared for minor size differences within this range.
